Returns & Cancellations

We take pride in the quality of our wines and will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or doesn’t meet expectations — we want to make it right. We accept returned wines that follow our shipping guidelines. We are unable to accept returned wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error.

Please send an email to info@willamettewineworks.com or call (800) 344-9463 to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Event tickets are non-refundable, but tickets may be exchanged if the winery is contacted at least 7 days prior to the event.
